Our cakes carry a quality guarantee and you can make a claim within 24 hours of receiving one. When the order is placed you receive a contract by email with the clauses: read it, sign it and send it back to the same address.

When we take your order you receive a contract by email with all the clauses. Read it, sign it and send it back to the same address it came from. What we agreed is written there: design, date, servings and conditions.
The condition that matters most
Our cakes carry no preservatives. Refrigeration is not a polite suggestion: it is what keeps the product in the state it left the kitchen in.
