Can I cancel or change my order?
The conditions are in the contract that reaches you by email when the order is placed. Refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy, with its terms and conditions. The first thing, always, is to write to us as soon as you know.
Where the rules live
In the contract we email you when we take the order. The full clauses are there, and that is why we ask for it to be read and signed.
Why telling us early matters
A cake enters production at a particular moment. Before that there is room to move the date or adjust details; after it, the cake exists, it is unique, and it has your name on it.
