Delivery

Areas, costs, times and how far we go.

1 What happens if I'm not there when the cake arrives? This is the situation that causes the most trouble, so it is worth planning for. The driver rings the number you left on the order. If nobody answers and there is no one to receive it, the cake is not left with a neighbour or at the door. 2 Can I collect my cake later than I booked? Yes, within shop hours. Your cake is kept refrigerated until you collect it, so arriving later does it no harm. Quite the opposite: the longer it spends cold, the better. 3 Can I change the address or the delivery time after ordering? Yes, as long as you tell us in good time. The day's route is put together the evening before with every order in that area, so a change made a day ahead can almost always be accommodated. 4 What time will my order arrive? For home delivery inside Mexico City, within a two-hour window that you choose when you buy. Outside the city, in the bordering area, deliveries run from 7:00 to 11:00. At the shops, collections start at 11:30 and finish fifteen minutes before closing. 5 Why can't I choose a particular date? Either that day falls inside the time we need to make what is in your basket, or it is a date blocked for a rest day or a holiday. When you tap a greyed-out day the calendar tells you why, and suggests a day earlier, never a day later. 6 Do you deliver on Sundays and public holidays? On Sundays all three shops open from 11:00 to 16:00, so you can come and collect without any trouble. For home delivery, on Sundays we only deliver wedding cakes. 7 Do you deliver to venues, gardens or hotels? Yes, and for events it is the most common arrangement. What we need from you is concrete information about the place: the name of the venue, the exact address, who to hand it to, and the hours the venue allows suppliers in. 8 How far do you deliver? Our regular delivery covers Mexico City and the surrounding metropolitan area. Beyond that the door is not closed: for wedding, quinceañera and special-occasion cakes we have delivered to Baja California, Sonora, Morelos and Querétaro, always quoted in advance. 9 Are you on UberEats or DiDi Food? Yes, all three shops are on UberEats and DiDi Food. Through the apps you order whatever is in the display case at that moment, delivered straight away. Custom cakes and anything for a future date go through the online shop or the counter. 10 Do you deliver, and how much does it cost? The cost depends on the borough: from 190 pesos in Benito Juárez to 650 in Milpa Alta, worked out at checkout once you type your address. The full table for all sixteen is below. There is currently free delivery in Mexico City on orders from 1,500 pesos with the code NEW2026, covering up to 390 pesos of delivery.
