What time will my order arrive?
In short
For home delivery inside Mexico City, within a two-hour window that you choose when you buy. Outside the city, in the bordering area, deliveries run from 7:00 to 11:00. At the shops, collections start at 11:30 and finish fifteen minutes before closing.

You choose the window in the basket, along with the date, and it travels with your order all the way to the driver.
Why a window and not an exact time
The day's route is built from every order in that area. An exact hour would mean one trip per cake, and all of us would pay for that. Within the window, we arrive.
At the shops
Collections run from 11:30 until fifteen minutes before closing. The shops open Monday to Saturday from 10:30 to 20:00, and Sunday from 11:00 to 16:00.
Leave a phone number that will be answered. A cake is not left with a neighbour without your say-so: it needs to go into a fridge.
