You can, but it is worth knowing what you are taking on. A tiered cake travels assembled, with internal supports, and any sharp movement passes from one level to the next. It is the most delicate piece we make.

If you are going to carry it yourself: the floor of the car, box closed, a short direct journey, and somebody steadying it with their hands at the traffic lights. Be clear that from that moment the journey is at your own risk.
For wedding and quinceañera cakes we strongly recommend our own delivery: it travels upright and cold, and we assemble it on site.
