How do I find out how my order is going?
In short
Ring the shop where you placed it with your order number, or message us on WhatsApp. The order number is what lets us find your order immediately.
Have the order number to hand
It is the number you were given when the order was closed, and it travels on your confirmation. With it we find your cake in seconds; without it, we are searching blind.
Who to talk to
The most direct route is the shop where the order was placed: the person who took it is there. If you would rather write, WhatsApp works just as well.
If you paid by transfer or a payment link, quote the order number as the reference so we can match the payment.
