How do I get an invoice?
In short
Ask for it on the same day as your purchase, with your order number, your tax details and the payment information. If the day has passed, contact the shop where you bought it, with your order number to hand, and they will help you.
What we need
- Your order number.
- Your tax details: RFC, registered name, tax regime and postcode.
- The payment information: which method, and when.
When to ask
The same day as the purchase is best: it is issued straight away with no paperwork. If it slipped by, write or ring the shop where you bought it with your order number to hand.
For recurring company orders, leave your tax details with the first order and there is no need to repeat the process every time.
