How to use the code
Type it into the discount box on the payment screen before you finish the order. It does not apply itself. If you do not type it, delivery is charged as normal, and that is the most common reason someone writes to us afterwards.
It only works when buying through the online shop. Orders taken at the counter or by phone do not carry it, and neither do orders that come through UberEats or DiDi Food, which have their own delivery charges.
The free delivery has a ceiling
The promotion covers up to $390 of delivery. That makes fifteen of the sixteen boroughs entirely free: none of them costs more than that.
It is temporary
The delivery promotion has a start and an end date. While one is running it is announced in the bar at the top of this page, with its amount and its code. If nothing appears there, nothing is running at that moment. It is worth checking before you pay: both the minimum and the code can change from one season to the next.
Volume and loyalty
Beyond the delivery promotion we work with discounts of 5 to 10 per cent for large orders and for customers who come back often: companies celebrating their team's birthdays, restaurants, and anyone ordering several cakes at once.
That discount does not live in the online shop and has no code. It is agreed with a person, because it depends on how much, how often and what for.
