The one condition is that it is paid in full before delivery. The cake leaves the kitchen paid for.
It is how almost every wedding and quinceañera is organised: the date is held well in advance, payments go in along the way, and the account is closed a few days before. If that suits you, say so when you place the order and we will agree it from the start.
