We make them ourselves. Every one of our cakes is the work of our own team, in our own kitchen, with fresh ingredients and by hand.
Our own production
Everything we sell comes out of our own kitchen. The L'Autrichienne team prepares your cake and takes it to exactly what you asked for; there is no subcontracting and no reselling in between.
What artisan means here
That it is worked by hand and with fresh ingredients, and that we use no preservatives or artificial additives. It is the reason a cake of ours has to live in the fridge.
