What cake flavours do you offer?
Twelve: expresso, blueberry cheesecake, trufa, rompope with coconut, apple and carrot, sacher torte, mont blanc, controy, black forest, amaretto, moka and nutella cake. Below is each one with what it contains, whether it carries liqueur and whether it takes fondant, because not all of them do.

The fondant column matters more than it looks
A decorated cake is covered in fondant, and not every flavour takes it. The blueberry cheesecake, the rompope with coconut and the amaretto carry coverings too moist to hold it. Others have to be checked. If you already have the design in mind, tell us the flavour from the start: that is how not to find out late.
Two practical points
Not every flavour is in every shop every day, because each shop bakes according to what it sells. If you want a particular one, ask two days ahead and we will have it ready wherever suits you.
Alongside these there are seasonal flavours that rotate through the year.
