How do I go about ordering a cake?
In short
There are three routes: the online catalogue, WhatsApp, or turning up at any of the three shops. For a catalogue cake the website is quickest; for a custom design it is worth talking to an adviser.
There is no single way to order, and which suits you depends on how finished the cake already is in your head.
If you have already seen the cake in the catalogue
Buy it straight from the online shop. You choose the flavour, the number of people, the date and the time slot, and pay by card. It is the fastest route and the only one that works at any hour.
If you have questions or want something bespoke
Message us on WhatsApp, or come into any of the three shops. An adviser will take you through it.
For weddings and quinceañeras
These start with a tasting appointment, where you try the flavours and settle the design.
