1 Are Coapa and Lomas L'Autrichienne shops? No. Coapa and Lomas stopped being part of L'Autrichienne by Sacher on 31 December 2025. Today the only shops are Extremadura, Portales and Tepeyac. Whatever is sold at those other addresses does not come from our kitchen and is not covered by our guarantee. 2 Can I collect from the shop and skip the delivery charge? Yes. It is our click and collect: you buy online, choose the shop and pick it up with no delivery to pay. All three shops open Monday to Saturday from 10:30 to 20:00, and Sunday from 11:00 to 16:00. 3 Is there parking at the shops? At Extremadura you can use the car park of the Toks next door, charged by the hour. At Tepeyac there is a public car park about 100 metres away, also paid. Portales has no car park of its own, but you can park on the street.
